A few days before Christmas, I found a letter in our mailbox from a woman who had visited our door to talk about Jesus. Since we weren’t home, she had left a handwritten note. In the letter, she introduced me to Jesus and the Bible, explaining how they could help me live with less pain.
I thought, why not send her some recommendations of my own? Although I use all kinds of computers—Mac, Windows, and Linux—I decided to focus on Linux. So, I gave her a brief introduction to it. Below is the original letter she left, followed by my response.
